Both my personal and work computers are Macs and I had originally tried it on Safari and Chrome. Then today when I tried it it worked on Safari.
So I tried it again and it works on my work computer. Is there a reason some computers wouldn’t force download?
The download method is “Force downloads”. Why else would it be receiving the 403 Error?
