If you edit an existing theme I imagine they are named differently? I’m just reaching in the dark here- I literally started this about an hour ago but I’m interested in hearing the answer as well.

I understand wordpress uses a series of PHP files to organize a page. Is there software that can easily edit this?

Another question- which folder directories are pertinent for back up of wordpress? The /wwww directory and anything else? Anything in the PHP directory?
