I have talked to my theme developer and she replied:
“ The “Vafpress Post Formats UI” plugin was created by Vafpress which was a plugin author that we collaborated with.
Vafpress doesn’t work on the plugin any longer, however we’ve personally kept it updated to make sure it’s compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
The changes we make to the plugin are not publicly available outside the theme.
It’s a simple plugin that adds additional post format options to the post editor. The plugin doesn’t collect any personal data.”
My theme was created by Solopine.
Just to inform you who are wondering.

Thank you. Well that sounds odd..
I have found what it is for; it’s for creating galleries and such in my posts. So I have asked my template developer if she knows more about it.
I shall post it here, when I know more. For those who have the same question.
