Thanks Abhishek for your quick response.We are using divi theme which conflits with the plugin. Can you give some suggestion how we can remove this confliction.

I have installed the plugin but the Calendar is not showing on Schedule New Appointment window, here is the link http://mobiledemo.adaan.net/cosmetic-fillers/
It gives given error in the console
