yeah that’s right, it appears an window asking me if I want to open, save or cancel. The only way I can use a php is to put it in the cgi-bin, thentype a line “#!/usr/local/bin/php â€?in front of the php file. I don’t know why but it seems the only way works out.

According to the documentation, I tried again but it doesn’t work out. There is no rule to run install.php or any php file. The server belongs to my university.
And I still cannot figure out how to solve the “403” problem.
