@parag44, thanks a lot for the suggestions. I think it’s theme related. The billing fields showed when I switched the theme to a WordPress default theme.
Does it mean I can’t use the tutor starter theme which is actually the default theme for the plugin? Is there anything that could be done to make the theme work?
