Hmm the only thing that i’m looking to change is just the checkbox layout from horizontal to vertical(Width height) like the sample i gave you. Perhaps is there a class code for me to try? Cause right now the checkbox aren’t changing in terms of the width and height when i tried to change.

The box that i wanted was actually the checkbox but with the border on like the one in ur survey, right now its just a small box with hover to enlarge? I was wondering if i can change it to the box similar to the survey one? Also is there a way for us to style/change the design? like is it possible to change the width and height to fit our preference? Because right now the width/height px under styling is limited so i was trying to get it to fit to the whole container/page etc, so is there somewhere where we could do that?
