Finally issue is solved after deactivating CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension. But without that extension can I use HTML content to design form and mail structure?

@rafizsejim another issue i find is to add custom registration field and disable current registration field.
is there any way to add custom registration fields in registration form ?

please help with solution.
