I’ve been watching a lot of clips now.
So if I rename the “Post type name” to squad. Should then taxonomies be information about the players? For example: #, Age, First club etc.
Or is it such that “Type-name” must be a player?
And second, could anyone tell me where to put the codes in Function.php?

There was nothing wrong with the theme. Something that I had caused. Thanks for your help here and in the previous post I did.
