If you check http://www.kmedia.se/cv-karin-reimertz/ I have a photo there and its obviously blown up way to much. Please advise, I suspect this is actually a problem with the theme, but I can be wrong. If so, advise on what size the photo should be to not look like this. I have tried all known sizes for theme backgrounds. Thank you!

Thanks! I will do that, but Im guessing this must be a issue for anyone using an external software to design their theme?
