Hello – I am having the same issue as the original poster. The BackupGuard is not working. When I press “BackUp Now”, all I can see is it loading, then it stops and nothing happens.
I have version 1.6.7.1, I have tried deactivating then activating it. I have also tried clearing cache on my website.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
