when you need to post a new post there are choices for image uploading, browse (from hard disc) and browse all (from already uploaded folder. browse all choice just vanished.. any help;Forum: Fixing WordPress

this is my blog
as you see on some post there are youtube videos they are too big and they touch the comment bubble, HOW can i avoid that and place the bubble a litle bit further down; what section of code and where do i change;;;
