Not sure what “ideas” I’d get from looking at the .htaccess file. Anyway, the problem seems to have been mysteriously fixed.
I deleted the .htaccess file and regenerated it (for the millionth time) and now it works. Bizarre. Thanks for everyone’s help anyway.
Well I tried that, and now the pages come up with a 404 error.
But the .htaccess generation is working, as I can see my pages listed in it.
No worries. I updated to 1.5.1.3 hoping that would fix it, but it didn’t.
