Yes, this functionality is now available in the latest updated version.
We have added a new feature called Smart Field. You can find it under Add Field in WPForms with the name “Authyo Email/Phone”.
This field automatically detects whether the entered value is an email address or a phone number and reacts accordingly. Based on the detected input, the appropriate OTP type (Email or Phone) is selected automatically, so there is no need for a separate dropdown.
Additionally, OTP verification is completed before allowing the user to proceed to the next step in a multi-step form, ensuring proper validation at each stage.
You can test this behavior by updating to the latest version and trying the Authyo Email/Phone field in a multi-step form.
