Yep, the Rocket Loader was the issue. That was deactivated and they are working perfectly once again. Thank you for your help!

Hmm, I’m not sure. I did try installing the CloudFlare Rocket Loader Ignore plugin, which would stop the .js if I did it correctly. That doesn’t seem to fix the issue, though.
