Could we get a response here or should I file a bug report?!? I’ve found multiple users having the same experience so I’d assume it’s not just me or my setup.
Any comment from the devs would be highly appreciated.
WP 4.3.1 – I have the same problem with the few themes I’ve tried(2012, Responsive) Menus created/edited in Customizer look OK in its own window… but do not appear on the site. When I close the Customizer the menus created there just completely disappear without a track. It appears to be a WP/Customizer bug.
Fortunately creating menus from the Appearance->Menus still works fine. You can try it.
