My apologies, upon looking further into this and some deep digging I found a previous filter that was being used in our functions.php file that was causing this. Love the plugin, keep up the good work!

Also, I’m noticing what appears to be a small bug. I turned on lazy loading ran some speed tests, turned it off, ran some more tests, and now when I go to turn it back on it says settings saved, but if you reload the page the checkbox is unchecked.
I tried to re-enable it multiple times, but the issue persists.
