Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Transfer to new domainHi – thanks for the response. We deleted the plugin and reinstalled. But I am not sure the deletion worked 100%. When we reinstalled, it remembered all our old settings and subscribers. I did not have to re-import the list. On the new domain, sending a test mail seems to work, but we are having issues sending the large (approx 500 users) newsletters. It seems that some mails just do not go through, and the sending stops at about half the list.
I’ve testing a message with mail-tester.com, as suggested in your KB. We get a low score. I am wondering if there is some hold-out somewhere in sendgrid or mailpoet?
So basically, i want to delete the plugin again, and install again. Please let me know how to delete everything in mailpoet?
Thanks for the support.
I had previously disabled all plugins – this did show improvement. The long pole was trying to enable them one by one and trying to figure out what might be causing the problem. As of now, i am thinking it is a conflict with the W3-Total-Cache. I’ve backed off of all my cache settings except for Page Cache and the site seems stable. I have not re-enabled all of my plugins yet, so there is a chance that some other plugin was causing an issue.
