All of a sudden I am having the same problem. It worked for a while, but as of today, it won’t play on Chrome, android phone, or android pad.

Having the same problems.
I had the exact same problem today! It took a long time to figure out what the heck was going on. We had to call 1&1 to get them to restore the website. We paid for the Pro API. We only had it about a month and now it’s a waste of time since it requires the free plug-in.
