I get the same error when a new user register himself.
Though I am receiving e-mail, just that error is also being displayed.

I have no captcha plugin install, yet I am getting this error.
I installed http://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/ for some time ago, but than removed it and substitued it with another plugin. This one doesn’t use captcha at all, still I am getting this error.
Any idea?
