FWIW:
My fix involved checking that I wasn’t deferring https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js or grecaptcha was undefined (shown in chrome console).

Given the time restraints we chose to use a different method.

It has happened on all email addresses I have used.
It is the free version
The site is in maintenance at the moment but I can email you a login.
