4.2.6 installed but not worked will Eletro theme. All colores and content not working properly…please help

This error happened with version 4.1.5.
please see.
if possible please send me the link of earlier version plugin updates before today…after the stable version, I will update.
I got this error after Today Update 4.4.1
Redex 4.4.1 and also tried with 4.4.2
PHP 7.3.6
