Thank you so much for your help – I will inquire with them again, and change my provider if necessary.
That’s frustrating to know – the person I spoke to from bluehost earlier today told me it was a woocommerce compatibility issue and that I had to go to woocommerce to deal with it. I’ll make sure to tell them this tomorrow when I get in contact with them again. Is there anything else I should tell them to help resolve this?
