I am having the same problem. The user actually is required to put their email address into the form before sending, but when I receive the email the user’s email address is missing. This is a big problem for obvious reasons. Thanks.

I hear you. From what I have been reading though both Thesis and Frugal actually let you do quite a bit of customizing without necessarily needing to work with the code. If you haven’t checked these themes out already you might take a look to see if one or both might fit what you are looking for.
