Hello! Apologies for the late update. Actually, it turned out to be an issue with the plugin used to provide products. We are selling e-courses through the TalentLMS plugin, and within that plugin there is an option to grant buyers access upon order submission, rather than order completion. After changing this setting to order completion, everything is good 🙂 Anyway, thank you for your assistance on the matter.

Hm… can it have something to do with the product type, and not the way of purchase? The products sold on the site are not downloadable products, but gives the buyer access to an online course.

Yes, it is strange. From what I could find in similar cases online, it is suggested that there is something wrong with the API settings, not sending information back to woocommerce that the order did not go through. However I have double checked the API keys, and they are correct. Here is a screenshot from one of the orders from the “order” section in Woocommerce: https://prnt.sc/nojv52

    There we go! FINALLY!!

After trying basically every other fix, I deleted my active theme from ftp, and I could login. The theme used timthumb, which denied me to login, (and also my host told me to remove becacause of threat). It turns out that the theme I was using “KingSize”, have been updated, and in the newest update, they have removed timthump, so now my site works perfectly 🙂

    Cheers!

And for anyone else who gets this login problem:

I’ve searched far and wide all over the internet, and it turns out that this issue is quite common. AND the bitch is, that there are many possible solutions, not only one. So if you get this error, keep trying the different solutions out there! 🙂
