I’m having a similar problem. WP-o-Matic will fetch the feeds automatically, but only sometimes, and it seems like it is at random times, not when I set it to.
I’m looking for the same thing for my website http://www.kansascityfantasy.com. I created a forum a few months ago using SMF forums.kansascityfantasy.com. A few weeks ago I created a podcast and blog for my website using WordPress http://www.fantasyfunhouse.com I need a way to import all my users from SMF into WordPress.
Also, I’ve done some looking at the WP_SMF plugin. After this plugin is used I would need to turn off the feature in SMF that allow users to register themselves and modify their profiles, correct? Is there a way to change the tab link in SMF to send them to WP to signup/login?
