Wow! Thanks for such a quick turnaround and plugin update. I tested a form and it collects all the data like before. I will keep you informed if anything weird comes up.
Below are the details of what I tested.
BTW, I apologize for not responding sooner. All the support forum follow-up emails did not go to my primary inbox. They were mixed in social media update emails (that I do not check regularly).
I tested the plugin settings on a form that I was working on before. At first the radio buttons had changed into checkboxes. However, once I deleted the form fields and remade them, the fields were radio buttons again.
I checked the segmented list I made inside MailChimp for the above form. Over the last few days the form collected the correct data. Also, after deleting and testing a couple of test email accounts, the form triggered MailChimp to send a confirmation email as usual and collected the correct data as well.
I will continue to update my forms over the next few days, and let you know if anything unusual happens. As for now, this issue is resolved.
Again, thank you for fixing this so quickly. I will tell anyone looking for a form plugin about this experience.
