Hi Erina, thank you again for your help and telling me about lighthouse. As said I hadn’t heard of it before.
I’ll take a look at those plugins before Thursday. I can’t switch off as may break my site but I’ll see if there was any custom code or update added which may be impacting this spike. Any additional insights your team finds will also be appreciated.Hi Erina, Thank you for your reply. I have never heard of Lighthouse before but I have now looked into anything pointing to my site that may have triggered this. As I do try to keep plugins to a minimum, there was nothing that I have installed recently that I can think of (on a Thursday especially) that would cause this. I am at a loss as to what has caused this spike as it happened again today (post 2.30 pm Melbourne time Australia).
Are you able to tell me what plugin or provide more detail on “lighthouse” that may be causing this so I can look to reach out to support if required?Thank you again for your time.
Hi, thank you for looking into. No, it just started happening about 2 or so months ago, every Thursday. It’s very strange. I have no scheduled activity so can’t pin down why it suddenly started to occur.
its not real traffic as my GA does not show it and it’s coming from the US if that’s of any help. I’d appreciate if someone at Jetpack could look into to see if they can find the source. Thank you

I managed to find a solution to my issue and calculator is now working.
There was a bug in my databases.

You will need to login as
username: testcustomer
password: TestPawtal02Click on “budget” which should show calculator yet only shows blank screen.

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] Calculator is white on all devicesHi, I have tried to deactivate some of the recent plugins installed after I enabled the calculator and screen remains white. The only one I did not try was Jetpack as will disconnect my woocommerce store which I do not wish to do.
I have taken a screenshot with inspector mode enabled as requested. Where do I send this as I cannot locate an upload button on this support forum.
Hoping you can direct me to a solution.
Thank youHi, just following up on my previous post. I have tried the de-bugging tips but wary to progress given the critical error that occurred previously. Is there any other suggestions you have as I do not wish to change themes as my other pages will break.
I would really like to stay with this plugin as will meet my requirements but concerned why I cannot click on link.
Alternatively how I can remove the link to store so vendors wont look to visit their own stores as I am mainly after the ability for each to manage their own payments, orders and refunds.

I went to install the Hello theme to try that across all pages and it created a critical error on my account so had to backup and lost a days work.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Would assume the same issues would occur should I upgrade to Pro which I do not wish to do until I launch my site and receive income.
I would like to keep Astra theme across all pages on my site if possible.
Look forward to your reply.Hi, I have tested the storefront theme and the link to “view your store” now works however all my other pages formatting have changed so this is not an option. I installed multiple themes and chose “storefront” theme for this page only and the url that meets the store prefix and am back to my original problem as the link does not work.
My existing theme is Astra.
Is there anything else you would suggest to fix my issue?
Also is there a way to style the store page or does it default to your themes settings?Look forward to your reply.

Thank you for your reply and for your assistance however sadly changing the permalinks did not solve my issue.
I originally installed the plugin then removed it using the delete all pages and content functionality and wondering if there is a setting I may have deleted?
All other content appears to be working correctly.
Is there any other advice you can recommend?
Thank youHi, yes I have this issue too. I have just installed plugin and unable to edit my filters I am creating. I have had to delete and start again. I have purchased PRO as I want the filter to appear on a static page yet it is not working. Is there instructions to assist me to get this to work? Thank you
Hi, hoping you can help me as I am very stuck. I have deleted all pages for Ultimate Member and reinstalled the plugin to get the default pages. my profile page is now looking good so you can close that issue… I cannot get my unique profile forms populating based on roles when i login as a different role as it keeps defaulting back to the default profile and now wont load at all.
I have checked everything and it all looks correct.
I do have other UM plugin extensions installed, could this be the issue?
Is there any paid support where someone can physically look at my setup as I cannot get past this step and need to move on to other things.
