It appears that the issue lies in the fact that I am using a Sitelock CDN for my website and there is not a way to clear that cache. I have temporarily redirected to bypass the sitelock CDN to see if indeed Sitelock is interfering with the plugin stylesheet. As I have been using sitelock for over a year without this issue, I don’t know why this would be the case but am testing to see if true. It will take a few hours to see if this is true.
I will keep you updated. I appreciate your efforts on my behalf.

In reply to: [Simple Social Icons] Social icons are missingI am not logged into the wordpress site so I am not seeing the icons when I am logged in or out. I also cannot see the icons on my I-phone 6 either when I pull up the site.
I cleaned out my browser history and rebooted my computer as well.
