Hey
Even i am facing the same issue. Like if i register a new user from backend, the plugin works great. But when someone registers from fronted, its sends the same default mail.Sean, please look into it.

I am extremely sorry for violating the single thread rule. Well, I dont want to bother you during your vacation, but please reply to this mail if you have some free time. Currently, I am using a theme by Colorlabs project – Jobifier. Plugins installed currently – WordPress importer, Launcher, Wordfence, W3 Total Cache and SB welcome editor. I did try deactivating all plugins and it didnt seem to work.The theme that i am using can be seen from here. You can preferably go and see the demo.
