Thanks for the quick response, Bet! Currently my site is not active as I just have a homepage up that states “under construction” so I’m not currently setup to receive any notifications. My husband is listed as the super admin and from his acct I was successfully able to send myself a user invite to my personal email when we first started a few weeks ago. We recently hired a designer to assist and for whatever reason he hasn’t received either invite I’ve tried sending to him so not sure what the issue is. The designer said there is a way to manually send him login info. He seems to know how to do this so I just provided him my personal login for now and told him to go ahead and set it up since I’m not sure what the manual setting entails. I will keep you posted if his fix works or not.
