It is no longer on GoDaddy since my nameservers were changed. The codex link you gave says to begin by back up “your WordPress directory, images, plugins, and other files on your site as well as the database”, but I have no access to those things.
As for going to GoDaddy via my hosting panel, I don’t see how to do that. My hosting panel on hostica, WordPress or GoDaddy? (Excuse my ignorance).
