It’s not a dynamic property issue, it’s only a typing error : $_resouces_version instead of $_resources_version.
You could hope a patch in a new release of Customizr theme but it seems there’s not any more free version.
. You can correct the error in all the erroneous occurrences of the variable in the wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/czr-init-ccat.php file :
a priori lines 3948, 3988, 3991, 3993, 3996.
