Hi Jzxd try to locate the wp-admin file manually..it is in… xampp/htdocs/your_wordpress_install_folder/wp-admin… and then inside the wp-admin folder there should be a file named index.php… and if its not there then something might have happen to your files in that directory …hope somebody can give you a real solution other than re-installing your wordpress…:)
If you are using XAMPP as local server then your wordpress folder should be right inside …xampp/htdocs/ directory..if wamp it would be in…wamp/www/ directory
