As you can see on this image the content on the right is not up to date with the content on the left: https://i.postimg.cc/T2ZNb0VW/1.png

When doing a modification (in the screen on the left), it visually changes correctly on the right, but once I click save it goes back to what it was: https://i.postimg.cc/GphXR5C6/2.png

What could cause this ?
