there is not a page with a widget on the right side bar in http://wp-themes.com/twentythirteen/
but on this one for ex : http://thematosoup.com/reviews/wordpress-3-6-twenty-thirteen-theme/
on pc screnn the sidebar started with “get social”, form search, catogories, etc and is correctly on the right side and not on Ipad
for instance on this url online i see the same comportement :
