I’m not sure what you are referring to, is it some sort of subscription? do I need to create a Woocommerce account or download the woocommerce plugin? or are you talking about permissions for the plugin?
I assumed I was downloading a zoom plugin but maybe I have to download other stuff here, confused.

this is not a user error, the settings page simply does not appear as per screenshot.
However after the latest update it is now appearing under the plugins page.
But when it is clicked it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I have full admin rights as a user.Thanks

No there is no mention of inactivity, interestingly this is just before all the errors start.

Would sending the logs to you help?
