I had followed the instructions in that documentation, but that’s where I started having trouble. There is no link in my phpMyAdmin for Priveleges. Screenshot of phpMyAdmin.

There is not much to access through the MySQL interface in my Control Panel. I don’t know whether I’m given limited functionality by my host or if there simply isn’t much user interface. I have ensured that the username connected with the database has full priveledges. Screenshot of the priveleges.

Obviously I’ve hidden the username and database name; call me paranoid. I’m sure I’m missing something extremely simple, I just have idea what it might be. I notice that in the phpMyAdmin that it says the username has no priveleges for creating a new database, but I wasn’t sure if that was indicative of anything.
