I too am stumped by this one. On WP 2.01 and the latest version of Semiologic:
– I’ve made the cache file writable by all (CHMOD 777).
– I’ve activate the Extract Terms plugin.
– And nothing happens.
Does anyone have any idea how to make this plugin work?
