Okay the zip file looks okay.
I tested upload myself with my plugin and it worked fine.
So I am not sure why it is doing this as I can not reproduce.
But what you can do is just delete the original directory
/wp-content/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance-addon/And then rename the new one from
/wp-content/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance-addon-1/
to
/wp-content/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance-addon/Can you email me the zip file so I can take a look at it?

Not sure what wordfence is, but if its a plugin you could try deactivating it, update the plugin, then re-activate it.
I can not reproduce the error.
Is your WordPress updated to 5.1.1?
You can also try this:
Login via FTP and completely delete the folder:
/wp-content/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-fileThen from admin dashboard simply go to Add New plugin and re-install that way.

Whats the name of the file you donwloaded?Did you open/extract the zip file to see the contents?
Whats the name of the folder created when you open/extract it?The zip file you download from Envato may contain other files and folders, so you may need to open/extract the file, and then find the folder that is actually the theme, and then zip up just that folder and then try uploading that new zip file.
I will see if I can find the conflict with that other plugin, but unfortunately, for now, you will have to pick one plugin or the other.
I would suggest that you double check the end point for “Enter web page to redirect after registration” is correct and valid and publicly accessible.
My plugin does not use any javascript or jquery or JSON so the error is interesting.
If everything works as expected with my plugin disabled, then the obvious solution for now is to not use my plugin.
You said “BOTH” plugins enabled… what is the specific other plugin you are referring too (name of plugin and author name)?
If you disable this other plugin and keep my plugin enabled, does the error go away?

I am no longer developing this plugin and have not tested it at all with newer versions of WP and WooCommerce, so no you should not trust it.

If I was actively developing this plugin, I might be interested in adding that as a feature, however I am in the process of moving away from WooCommerce and the time/effort involved does not really pay off to spend anytime doing anything more with it.
I would recommend you do create your own plugin and offer it that way.

Screen Options button is not something that this plugin has anything to do with. There has never been a report of this happening before because if my plugin, and I am not able to reproduce the problem.
And since you say you have actually tried both deactivating and the deleting the plugin, this shows this plugin is not the issue.
