Abid,
Yes, I understand it’s now the weekend, though I originally posted this on Thursday. As you recommended, I did submit a trouble ticket at the provided URL. Hoping you can find a solution.

I updated to version 4.4.1 today and it made no difference. The problem persists. If I can’t adjust the colors without manually adding CSS (making Elementor’s features meaningless), then I’ll have to stop using this and find an alternative.
I’m doing well. I’m sorry to hear about that feature not currently being included, but the CSS you recommended worked perfectly. 🙂
Thank you.
Yes, that fixed it. Thank you so much!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Gallery Images Appear Behind Main Product ImageTalked to Elementor support and this was the solution:
Go to the WooCommerce settings in Customizer and change the product style and image display settings:
Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Archives
Set “Products Style” to “Default”
Set “Product Entry Media” to “Featured Image”For me, the style was already set at Default, but the Media was set to Hover. I changed it and it fixed the problem!

In reply to: [OceanWP] Overlay Search Default Text Still Doesn’t DisappearI updated to OceanWP 1.8.9 today on the staging site and now this problem is resolved. However, I did notice a different issue after this update, but I submitted a ticket about it.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Overlay Search Default Text Still Doesn’t DisappearI did all that. And if you watched the video, you will see there was only one plugin active: Ocean Extra.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Overlay Search Default Text Still Doesn’t DisappearBTW, there are no custom codes in this test. The only “custom” work is done through Customizer, things such as changing colors, adding a logo, and other minor things. No custom code.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Overlay Search Default Text Still Doesn’t DisappearI understand the delay. I followed your recommendation: deactivate all plugins, then reactivate one at a a time to see which is causing the problem.
Good news: found the culprit.
Bad news (for you): it’s your own plugin Ocean ExtraHere’s a video capture: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pd9pxitzzqj0q6f/OceanWP%20Overlay%20Search%20Fail.mp4?dl=0
If you watch it you can see that I have all 48 plugins deactivated. When I test the overlay search, it works. I then activate only one plugin–Ocean Extra–and then reload the page and test the search form. As I reported, the default text does not disappear.
I suspected the problem was within your systems, so I started with Ocean Extra as the first plugin to reactivate and didn’t need to go any further.
The problem is OceanWP’s system, not another plugin. Please fix this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Chrome Address Bar Site Search Not Searching Site, Only StoreSounds like your test didn’t use the address bar site search feature (method one in the video), but the standard search engine search (method two in the video).
When I use method one on other sites with blogs and WooCommerce stores, it searches the site, not the store. If it was merely a Chrome setting, I would expect the behavior to be consistent.
Thank you, Marc.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Show Subcategories and Products in SubcategoriesNo word from WC on this?
I talked to the web hosting company and they said that the plugin should have been able to write to the .htaccess file, and that it’s odd that it didn’t.
My thoughts: since I manually added the info, that works, too.
Any thoughts?
