Hi @xadkor,
This problem is usually caused by a failure to correctly save the product. This is often due to a conflict with some other plugin changing the HTML of the edit product page or otherwise modifying the save product process.
Sometimes you will be able to see an error message in your web browser’s console when saving the product, or you will see something in your site’s debug log. If no messages exist, you’ll want to follow these conflict troubleshooting steps:
1. Disable all plugins besides Custom Tabs and WooCommerce.
2. Switch to a core theme.
3. Re-enable plugins one at a time until you determine the one causing a conflict.Let me know what you find,

In reply to: [Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce] Fixed quantity on product tableHi @darinphan,
I’m sure what you are trying to do is possible, but it’s outside the scope of the functionality that our plugin delivers. You may want to speak to the creator of the plugin providing you that
product_tableshortcode, I’m sure they will be able to point you in the right direction.Jon
Hi @xadkor,
Could you provide a link to one of your products that is having this problem?
Does this happen with all products or only some of them?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce] Fixed quantity on product tableHi @emeshto,
Can you check the body of your product description? The description tab is what’s broken, and that isn’t coming from our plugin. If you can resolve that, you’ll probably be able to see the other tabs as well.
Are you using any shortcodes or anything in the product description?
Thanks,
JonHi @darinphan,
Unfortunately, that is not a feature that our plugin provides. You would need to create separate products in order to assign unique tabs to each one.
Thanks,
JonHi @emeshto,
I see that you are using Elementor. Could you try enabling “Page Builder Compatibility” in the plugin settings? Here’s a short post on that – https://yikesplugins.com/knowledge-base/page-builder-compatibility/
Let me know if that makes a difference,
JonHi @emeshto,
My guess from the screenshot would be that you have some invalid HTML in your tab content (i.e. missing a closing tag or something). Could you provide a link to the page you are having trouble with?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce] Do I need to keep free and pro plugins?Hi @saffadesigns,
Good question! The premium plugin extends the functionality of the free plugin, so you need both to be active.
Thanks,
JonHi @thefrisb,
Yes, you will need to edit your theme’s CSS. I see
.woocommerce-tabs .panel { float: right; }Removing that would be a good start.
Let me know if that helps,
JonHi @vickkmartinez,
I just made two test submissions using that form, and they seem to have worked properly. Can you let me know the specific values you used when filling out the form?
Thanks,
JonHi @thefrisb,
That’s going to be controlled by your site’s theme. Depending on how your theme was built, there may be settings available to control the layout of the product page. Our plugin doesn’t do anything to customize the tab layout itself.
Let me know if that helps,

In reply to: [Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce] It is not displayed in the form of tabsHey @mariac16,
It doesn’t look like the tabs section of your product page is being targeted by any styles. Have you recently updated your theme or something? This is something that is managed entirely by the CSS files in your theme, so I would take a look there.
Let me know if that helps,

In reply to: [Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce] Change positioning of block tabsHi @andesigner,
It looks like you have maintenance mode enabled. When you have that disabled I’ll be happy to take a look.
Thanks,
Jon
