    Me too. Just installed it on 3.3 and get this:
    1. try to create backup zip (PclZip) archive…

    I read it and re-read it the other day. Went through each step and no go. probably going to give up and buy a theme.

    I just loaded it yesterday so i assume it is the current PHP. it was the newest xampp file there.
