It was the WP Retina 2x plugin that was holding it up. We are good to go.

I’m having the same issue. I get that it’s supposed to be sticky but it just scrolls up with everything else. Then if you try to click on a menu item when it’s not scrolled all the way up to see the menu in full it makes the page jump.
The exact RSS is working in http://lms.latitudes-sample.com/?page_id=12 and has titles, so yes.
