What I did was I deleted all the files possible, just leaving one custom theme (even renaming it’s folder so as not to be used). Then I uploaded everything new again, even wp-config.php, just filled in the necessary thing.
Somehow that fixed it, and now I have access to the Dashboard 🙂

I’ll try to delete them, because I just tried re-uploading them and overwriting them to the new files, but nothing happened.

Yeah, I went all over the database, even made another admin user, no luck.
The wp_capabilities string is the same on Annes, the new admin, and found out that there was a user ‘admin’ but no luck logining from him either, still get the same error.
I was thinking of somehow forcing a re-upgrade? I deleted all the plugins from the ‘plugins’ folder, but nothing.
ok, I solved the language problem, now I’m left with the admin one :/
