Emails usually only get stuck if the plugin could not send them for some reason. If you would like us to take a look can you email us at help@sendpress.com to open a support ticket. Then if you like we can login and take a look at your site.

Several people have seen this issue. I have not yet been able to recreate it so it makes it difficult to track down the exact cause. If the latest update does not fix it please let us know.

It looks to be problem with the link tracker. I am working on a fix for it now. You can also go to Settings > Advanced and check the ‘do not track mailto links’ box. This should get your mailto link working.

This usually happens when the list id is missing from the post data. I could not find where you have the form to sign up so i couldn’t verify the settings. if you can provide a link to the form i will take a look at it.
