In reply to: [WP Edit] Should i deactivate or somehow remove TinyMCE?Did you go to the WP Edit settings page.. and re-configure your button row arrangements?
You’ll want to drag the buttons from the “Button Container” to an active row.

In reply to: [WP Edit] Excellent plugin!!!Well… I’m not sure that is proper editor behavior.
Can you provide me a link to a post or page where this is happening? It’s possible your theme may be using some CSS styling for paragraphs; which reduces the white space between them.
I’d like to see how your HTML is structured. And how your theme is styling that HTML.

In reply to: [WP Edit] Should i deactivate or somehow remove TinyMCE?The “Delete” option will only be visible when the plugin is deactivated.
oh, i just saw that there’s also, in the black column at the far left, an option called TinyMCE
The menu name should be “Ultimate Tinymce”.
Here is what you should do:
1) Make sure Ultimate Tinymce is activated.
2) Click the “Settings” link under the plugin name.
3) Click the “Uninstall Plugin” tab (my mistake above; apologies).
4) Make sure the box is checked to confirm; and click the button to uninstall. This will delete the plugin option tables, and return you to the plugins list. From here you can “Delete” the plugin files.

In reply to: [WP Edit] Excellent plugin!!!Hi,
Thank you very much. I appreciate the very kind review.
Regarding your request… can you please be more specific? Or, provide me with an example?
Do you mean a space between lines; or in the middle of a single line?
Any feedback is most appreciated.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WP Edit] Should i deactivate or somehow remove TinyMCE?Hello,
Yes, you can remove it and delete it forever. There will be no more need for Ultimate Tinymce.
In Ultimate Tinymce… under the “Database” tab… there should be a setting to “Completely Uninstall Plugin”… which would include deleting all the associated database tables. Once that is done; you can delete the plugin.
The delete button should be right by the activate/deactivate buttons (but only available when the plugin is deactivated).

In reply to: Visual Editor Not Working in WP 4.1Upon first inspection, there are 403 Forbidden errors for the content.min.css and skin.min.css files located in wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray folder.
First, check to see if those files exist on your server.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Visual Editor No Longer WorkingIt’s still working today, although things are still really slow. I checked for errors again (even thought I can see the editor). They are different error than yesterday.
It’s slow because the server is timing out due to looking for those files (in red).
I would first check and see if those files exist in your file directories. You can access them using either FTP or your hosts cPanel (File Manager).
You have a few locations to check:
wp-includes/js/json2.js
wp-admin/css/themes.css
wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.color.min.js
wp-admin/js/edit-comments.jsStart with those.. and see if those files exist.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Visual Editor No Longer WorkingI’m not sure what you did…. but just diagnosing shouldn’t have fixed the problem. Instead, it should show you where errors exist in the page rendering.
I wouldn’t delete any files.. especially if they are core WordPress files.
Do you still see the errors when you diagnose? Can you take a screenshot of the errors?
