I submitted a bug report at http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/
and the support of nextgen gallery sendsme a external Reset Tool plugin by email.
Whit this i fix my problem.

i have the same error, all pages are redirected to the ‘home’ page when clicked, and it fixed when i deactivate the nextgen plugin.
but i want to use the nextgen gallery plugin..
Do you still have this trouble ? or how did you fix it ?..
