I wanted to update you that I have upgraded the plugins to the latest version, and I can confirm that the issue with the “Bump Up” functionality has been resolved. However, I’ve noticed that the problem still occurs with some older ads when trying to manually apply the label, though I don’t consider it to be a severe issue at the moment.

Additionally, I am in communication with Stripe due to a delay in membership renewals, which results in users losing their benefits. I will get back in touch to continue updating you on this matter.

Thank you for your reply. So far, I have only detected the ‘session expired’ problem when sending messages via the contact form in the advertisements. I have not noticed this error in any other part of our site.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the upcoming update. I consider it to be a notable improvement over the current version. I find it particularly useful, and I believe other users will too, the quick and clear way in which the status of the ads can be seen, whether they are “published”, “pending”, or “expired”. Additionally, I find the new structure for the “featured”, “top”, and “bump up” labels to be excellent, especially because these labels only appear when they are active, which improves the clarity and efficiency of the interface.

Thank you for being open to receiving our suggestions and observations. Below, I detail the problems I have noticed with the Classified Listing plugin, as well as some proposals for improvement:

• Problem with the Spinner in Image Loading: When uploading several images for an ad, the loading icon (rtcl-icon-spinner) disappears before the upload is complete. This problem was already acknowledged by your team but remains unresolved.

• Difficulties in Deleting Images from Mobile Devices: Although the problem of sorting images on mobile devices was resolved, now it is complicated to delete images from these devices, as the delete button is not easily accessible.

• Failure in Sending Post-Expiration Renewal Reminders: There is a problem with email notifications for the renewal of ads after they have expired. Although I have set the option to send 3 days after expiration, the email is not being sent. When the ad is expired, in “My Account > My Ads”, the expiration date is updated each time you enter, which could be causing the failure.

• Problems in Automatic Renewal with Recurrent Payments: Delays in automatic renewal were reported, resulting in the loss of ads. I deactivated this option due to errors. (I don’t know if it has been solved yet).

• The new ad labels in the classified listing filter do not appear.

• Slowness in General Listing Filters Post-Update: After the theme and plugin update, selecting categories or locations in the general listing filters is much slower and the options are not marked.

Proposals for Improvement:

• Contact Form in Ads: Include an option to comply with privacy and data processing regulations.
• Membership Expiration Reminder: Send a reminder email when the membership is about to expire.
• Full-Screen Chat: Improve the chat experience with a full-screen option.
• Second Custom Description for Taxonomies: Allow an additional custom description for locations and categories (Set bottom description).
• Notification to Users in Ad Search: Implement a function that notifies users when an item they are searching for is published, like other current plugins

I have been able to resolve the issue. It seems that in the recent updates of Yoast SEO, when selecting the option “This image is used as a backup for posts/images that don’t have any image,” Yoast SEO was giving priority to this backup image in the rtcl_listing posts. I’ve deactivated this option, and now everything is sharing correctly.😊

I have successfully managed to change the SEO title (as can be seen in the attached image). However, I am struggling to have Google correctly index a specific location within a category.

My intention is for the URL https://cochecanario.es/marca/mercedes/?rtcl_location=tenerife to be indexed by Google as a regular page and to appear in search results, but this is not currently happening.

For example, if someone conducts a search for “Mercedes in Tenerife”, I would like the aforementioned URL to appear in the search results. Unfortunately, this is not happening.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Is there any recommendation you can give me to improve Google’s indexing of this specific URL?
