I still get the error when I deactivate the plugin. I also tried increasing the memory to 1024MB, but it didn’t work either. Any other ideas?

I’m having the same problem. I think it may be an issue with Jetpack.
Jetpack just released 3.1.1 and in the change log they state:
Bug Fix: Open Graph: Add WordPress SEO back to the blacklist, until they update how they opt us out.
Hopefully we will get a fix really soon!
